Veränderungen / transformative Veränderungen / Transformationen in den Bedienerteams steuern bei der phasenweisen Umsetzung von IL6S (Integrated Lean 6 Sigma), auf FoF (Factory of Future) ausgerichteter Organisation und Rollen (AM - Autonomous Maintenance / autonome Instandhaltung, PM - Progressive Maintenance / fortlaufende Instandhaltung und ein integriertes 6-Sterne-Modell in den Linienbedienerteams), um in Richtung autark handlungsfähiger Teams voranzuschreiten. Vorbild für Werte und Prinzipien durch effektives Coaching, Mentoring und Entwicklung des Teams sein.die jährlichen operativen Pläne und Ziele von Manufacturing unterstützen, damit die Zielsetzungen in Bezug auf Sicherheit, Qualität, Kosten, Lieferung, Nachhaltigkeit und Engagement gemäß den zwingenden geschäftlichen Notwendigkeiten des Standorts erreicht werden. Fertigungslinienleiter coachen, die Pläne und Ziele kaskadieren und gegenüber den Mitarbeitern kommunizieren, um die Ausrichtung und das Verständnis für Prioritäten, Schwerpunkte und KPIs zu gewährleisten.Führung und Verantwortung übernehmen bei der Einrichtung einer robusten Governance zur Auswertung und Steuerung der operativen Leistung und des Plans zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung; und ein auf verlustfreies Arbeiten gerichtetes Denken verankern, um eine ständige Verbesserung und Ergebnisse zu erzielen, die sich sowohl intern als auch extern mit den Besten messen können. das Bedienerteam anregen, Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten für Technologie, Kultur, Kompetenzen und Betriebssysteme zu erkennen und zu steuern, um Best Practice und einen zuverlässigen Betrieb zu gewährleisten.dazu beitragen, dass alle Fertigungsstandards, Steuerungs- und Compliance-Anforderungen vorhanden sind, von allen verstanden werden, regelmäßig überprüft und ihre Umsetzung wirksam überwacht wird (z. B. konzernweite Qualität, Lebensmittelsicherheit & GMP, Arbeitsschutz, Sicherheit, Umwelt, Nachhaltigkeit, Verhaltenskodex, Richtlinien und Prinzipien, Betriebsstandards, lokale gesetzliche Anforderungen, Normen für die interne Revision und andere gegebenenfalls aktualisierte Verfahren).Führung und Verantwortung übernehmen für Talententwicklung, Kompetenzentwicklung und Einbindung im Team von Manufacturing: entscheidende Hebel zur Gewinnung, Bindung und Entwicklung wichtiger Talente erkennen und Kompetenz auf allen Ebenen (sowohl auf technischer als auch auf Verhaltensebene) aufbauen, um ein nachhaltiges Belegschaftsprofil für die Zukunft aufzubauen. effektiv und partnerschaftlich mit allen Kollegen aus verschiedenen Bereichen intern und extern (außerhalb des Werks) zusammenarbeiten, um Ziele und Leistungskennzahlen zu erreichen.Was musst du mitbringen? den Wunsch, etwas für deine Zukunft zu tun und deine Karriere zu beschleunigen, sowie die folgenden Erfahrungen und folgende Kenntnisse:
solide operative und fertigungstechnische Führungserfahrung in der CPG-Branche mit Erfahrung mit den Instrumenten und Konzepten TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), 5s, LEAN und 6 Sigma.ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (mündlich und schriftlich), Coaching- und Führungsfähigkeiten in einem teamorientierten Umfeld. nachgewiesene Fähigkeiten in den Bereichen Analytik, Problemlösung und Teambildungein Ingenieur mit ausgeprägtem finanziellem und geschäftlichem Verständnis, Projektmanagementfähigkeiten und Kenntnissen über industrielle Instandhaltung und Fertigungsanlagen.Mehr über diese Rolle Was musst du über diese Stelle wissen?
