10 Nexus Ct, Mulgrave VIC 3170, Australia Req #4847Friday, 6 December 2024City FM Australia provides world-leading facilities management and engineering solutions that ensure safe, successful and sustainable outcomes for our partner – ColesThe Opportunity:This Energy Analyst - Building Optimisation Engineer 8-month fixed term role offers an opportunity for a skilled and proactive individual to work as an Energy Analyst within the City FM Energy Centre supporting our partner Coles to achieve their sustainability targets.The Role:Investigation and resolution of Energy Event exceptions identified by the City Energy Management System.Continuous interrogation of systems to identify energy consumption trends within stores to determine areas of improvement.Proactively identify innovative energy conservation measures to reduce consumption, demand and cost.Analyse information, using COMS, site controllers, databases and other systems to present information in various formats (i.e.
spreadsheets, charts, written reports).Communicating with the field workforce to gather supporting information and achieve desired energy performance outcomes.M&V of savings achieved from energy event analysis.Upkeep records of Energy Event analysis in required format for auditing.Experience in Commercial Refrigeration, HVAC equipment, Building Management Systems, Commercial Lighting and Solar – Preferred.Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills (i.e.
Pivot tables) - Essential.Previous experience working in engineering and/or energy management – Preferred.Qualifications:Certified Measurement & Verification Professional (CMVP) – favourable.Willingness / eagerness to learn, grow and develop into the Energy Management sector.What's on offer:Free onsite parking when in office.Work within a dynamic and supportive team.If you would like to be part of a growing Australian Facilities Management business, we would love to hear from you.
