About the roleAs the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Integrated disAbility Action Inc, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to the organisation, ensuring the delivery of exceptional services and support to people with disabilities in the Darwin region. This is a full-time role based in Darwin, NT.What you'll be doingDevelop and implement the organisation's strategic vision and objectives to drive growth, innovation and positive impactOversee the day-to-day operations of the organisation, ensuring efficient and effective service deliveryLead and motivate a talented team of staff and volunteers to achieve the organisation's goalsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, funding bodies and community partnersEnsure the organisation's compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations and policiesManage the organisation's financial performance and resources to ensure its long-term sustainabilityRepresent the organisation in the community and act as its public face and ambassadorWhat we're looking forSignificant experience in a senior leadership role, preferably within the disability or community services sectorDemonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans that drive organisational growth and impactExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationshipsStrong financial management skills and experience in overseeing budgets and resourcesProven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve ambitious goalsCommitment to the organisation's mission and values, and a passion for supporting people with disabilitiesWhat we offerAt Integrated disAbility Action Inc, we are committed to creating a supportive and inclusive work environment that empowers our employees to thrive.
