Immerse yourself in a culture of cutting-edge technology and creativity, where your work not only reaches a global audience but also orbits EarthWe are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Marketing Manager to join our dynamic orbital servicing company, responsible for driving our marketing efforts.In this role you will work across the following areas:CRM Management:Implement and manage our CRM system (HubSpot) to streamline customer interactions and data managementDevelop and execute targeted marketing campaigns through the CRM system to engage customers and drive salesAnalyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for growthEnsure data accuracy and integrity within the CRM systemPR and Communications Support:Collaborate with the PR and communications team to develop and execute effective strategiesAssist in crafting compelling press releases, articles, and other promotional materialsMonitor media coverage and maintain positive relationships with journalists and industry influencersSupport the organization of press conferences, interviews, and other PR eventsDevelop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, website, etc.
)Create engaging and informative content to attract and retain customersMonitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize resultsStay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practicesFlexibility and Adaptability:Demonstrate a willingness to take on additional tasks and responsibilities as neededAdapt quickly to changing priorities and market conditionsSupport other marketing and business development initiatives as requiredPROFILEYou will be a great fit for this role if you have:Great attitude and energy with a creative flair, and a love for spaceA Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldProven experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of CRM systems (preferably HubSpot)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, working with tools such as Hootsuite, Webflow and FigmaAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional global teamsPassion for the space industry and a desire to contribute to the growth of our orbital servicing companyOFFERWe are driving the future of new in-space services and sustainability, and offer a fast-paced, innovative, and agile environment where you can have a real impact on tomorrow.
