Our systems, processes and work environment are set up in a way to ensure our staff can work flexibly to complete their best work and have a work life balance.Job DescriptionAvailable as a contractor roleFlexible working hours to suit your lifestyleAutonomous role with support from experienced leadersCollaborative approach within a multi-disciplinary teamKey Responsibilities:As an Osteopath, you will:Conduct client assessments & therapy from pediatric to adult clientele depending on your experience and interests.Work independently and efficiently.Solve both clinical and non-clinical problems in day-to-day work.Demonstrate confidence with clinical reasoning skills across a variety of conditions.Liaise with multiple stakeholders regarding patient care.Key Requirements:To be successful in the role, you will need:Full AHPRA registration and professional liability/public indemnity insurance.The ability to understand new systems and processes efficiently.A passion for continuing to learn and grow in both clinical and non-clinical perspectives.A commitment to a high level of customer service to your clients and customers.The ability to provide clinical supervision to other staff if required and based on experience level.Confidence in your role while being open to feedback.What to expect from us?As an Osteopath contractor at HealthPlex, you will:Be remunerated extremely generously.Enjoy flexibility and a work-life balance.Have career and financial progression depending on your ambitions.Have an immediate start, however, we are open to waiting for your notice period of a maximum of 4 weeks.Salary expectations:Contractor rates are negotiable depending on experience.
