Job Overview Sydney Local Health District (SLHD) is seeking an experienced Staff Specialist to join our team at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital
We are looking for a Staff Specialist in Interventional Cardiology.
The primary purpose of the role is to provide high quality diagnostic and consultative specialty services in Interventional Cardiology, and to participate in teaching, research, quality improvement, and administrative activities within the Cardiology Department and Hospital as required.
Key Responsibilities Ensure a high standard of professional performance.Encourage an academic environment that supports education, research, and professional development.Qualifications The successful applicant will be registered, or eligible for registration, with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency, and have Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) with recognised qualifications in Cardiology and / or other equivalent specialist recognition as provided for in the NSW Staff Specialists (State) Award.
Salary and conditions are in accordance with the NSW Staff Specialist (State) Award.
