Our aim is to provide a seamless banking experience for our customers, with a goal of being one of the world's best contact centres.How will I help?As a Consumer Connect Banker, you'll be the friendly voice guiding our customers through their banking journey.
You'll handle a variety of customer inquiries, from simple account balances to complex product-related issues.
Your exceptional communication skills will be essential as you build rapport and resolve customer concerns efficiently.Key responsibilities include:Providing top-notch customer service through inbound callsResolving customer inquiries accurately and promptlyPromoting Westpac products and servicesContributing to a positive customer experienceThis role operates on a rotating roster with the hours between 7:30-7:30 Monday-Sunday.What do I need?We're seeking enthusiastic individuals with a passion for helping others.
You'll need strong communication and problem-solving skills to excel in this role.
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not essential.Key requirements:Exceptional customer service skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to multitask and prioritize effectivelyProficiency in computer systems and applicationsA positive and can-do attitudeAs well as job flexibility and the financial benefits for being part of the Westpac team, you'll be paid fairly, and trained so your career can grow as you do.
