The Role:In a Montessori classroom, educators serve as a link between the Prepared Environment and the children. Their role is to observe the children and guide them in their own unique learning process, to help them develop a life-long love of learning.
As a Room Leader, you are expected to be an active member of a team which provides high quality education and care for all enrolled children that is consistent with the service philosophy, procedures and policies, the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and as per the National Quality Framework.
