This role plays a vital part in ensuring the security and satisfaction of our residential customers. By having an expert in place, the installation and repair processes are carried out efficiently and effectively, meeting the specific requirements and expectations of each customer. The seamless collaboration with contractors and sales teams enhances the overall customer experience. Additionally, your expertise in advanced video solutions and premium AV products guarantees that customers receive top-notch security solutions that align with the latest technology standards.What you'll doDeliver exceptional customer outcomes by leveraging excellent communication, technical, and customer service skills.Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and promote additional products and services to homeowners.Install and repair residential alarm and automation systems.Educate customers on smart-home technology and provide expert analysis to build solutions that address customer needs and concerns.Provide technical expertise that includes the design of seamless home networks and advanced video solutions.Collaborate with vendors for project execution.Manage projects from start to finish.What's in it for YOU?Your rewards include a competitive annual salary of $52,000, determined based on your relevant education and experience.
