On a typical day, you will be working alongside stakeholders and the team on creating a scope for Automation, as well as:
Test Automation Development: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium / Playwright / WebdriverIO / Cypress, or equivalent frameworks.Test Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and create comprehensive test plans and strategies.Test Execution: Execute automated test cases, analyze results, and report defects and issues.Continuous Integration: Integrate automated tests into the CI / CD pipeline to ensure continuous quality and faster releases.Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain test scripts to ensure they are effective and up to date with the latest software changes.Documentation: Document test plans, test cases, and test results.
Create and maintain technical documentation for automation scripts.Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and testing needs.Quality Improvement: Continuously seek ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the QA process through new tools, techniques, and best practices.About our team Deloitte's Cloud and Engineering Practice helps clients realize the potential of transformational capabilities to solve their most challenging issues.

Required interpersonal skills / experience: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.Required role-specific skills / experience: Proficiency in automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium / Playwright / WebdriverIO / Cypress or similar).Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.Experience with CI / CD tools like Jenkins, Github, Bamboo, or AzureDevOps.Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).Experience in BDD / TDD methodologies and tools like Cucumber.Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).Experience in testing mobile applications and APIs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
