ABOUT THE ROLE
Portmans DFO Harbourtown is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager leading a fast-paced, high-stock volume store.
This role requires a strong ability to multi-task, manage inventory, and deliver exceptional customer service.
This is a part time (28 hours per week) position and will require availability over weekends, and public holidays.

DAY IN THE LIFE:

Manage inventory to minimize stock loss and accurate processing of transfers and deliveries.
Oversee stock movement between stores, ensuring efficient stock levels.
Motivate the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs while maintaining Portmans high standards.
Ensure the store is visually merchandised to reflect the brand's style and standards.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL/WHAT YOU WILL BRING

Experience in managing a high stock volume retail store is essential.
Proven success in leading teams to achieve sales and KPIs.
Skilled in managing rosters within budgeted hours.
Experienced in managing inventory and reducing stock loss.
Committed to Health & Safety compliance within the team.
