Job Tasks and Responsibilities: We are seeking an ambitious and career-driven candidate to join our fast-paced and reputable firm.
This position will provide a fantastic opportunity to further develop and showcase your skills.
Tasks include, but are not limited to, the following:
Preparing legal documents and correspondenceLiaising with clients and insurersAnswering & making callsArranging meetings and conferencesCalendar managementInvoicingAccountingSkills and Experience: To be considered for this position, you will have previous experience in a support role, preferably in a law firm.
Candidates with exposure to litigation will be highly regarded.
In addition, you will possess the following qualities and experience:
Strong time management, problem-solving, and organisational skillsProfessional and confident written and verbal communication and interpersonal skillsFriendly and personable attitudeThe ability to take initiative and work in a fast-paced environmentStrong MS Office and computer skillsFamiliarity with diary and email managementThe confidence to work autonomously and as a team playerAbility to multi-taskIf you are a motivated and detail-oriented professional looking to contribute to a supportive and collaborative team, we would love to hear from you.
