Princess Alexandra Hospital, Pre-Admission Clinic are looking for an Identified Nurse Navigator to join their team.
The purpose of the Identified Nurse Navigator role is to coordinate and improve patient-centred care for Australian First Nations Peoples, ensuring they receive culturally safe and high-quality care that supports their health priorities.
By fostering partnerships, improving patient outcomes, and contributing to system improvements, the role enhances the patient journey, strengthens connections to community, and builds trust in the healthcare system.We are the major public healthcare provider for Brisbane's south side, Logan, Redlands and the Scenic Rim.
