Contract Manager

My client is a well-established regional contractor specialising in the fire protection sector, delivering fire protection works to properties across the UK.
They have a good long-term pipeline, with a well-thought-out business strategy.
They have some very exciting plans for their fire protection division, and the backing to fund this growth.
Due to a recent upturn in works, they're looking to employ a contract manager to oversee their fire stopping works.
You will be based in their Leeds office but may be expected to travel to various sites/clients.
You will come from a fire protection background, will be strong technically and will typically be responsible for:
Planning/programming works Overseeing multiple projects Client liaison for projects Overseeing compliance in line with safety regulations Monitoring project costs in line with project budgets In return, you will be offered a very competitive salary, company car/allowance, and there may be the potential to join the company bonus scheme.
