Details of Position: Assist in managing the operation of the DepartmentBuild strong customer relationshipsDrive sales through effective merchandising and promotional activityEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and complaints resolutionProvide feedback to staff about performance and expectationsManage the operation of the department, the flow of goods, and improve the efficiency of employeesPrepare sales and retail-related reportsJob Requirements: Qualifications: High School
Experience: 8 Years
