DescriptionAbout the RoleApex Radiology, a leading provider of diagnostic imaging services in Western Australia, is seeking a Referrer Relationship Specialist to join their Business Development Team based in the South of Perth Region.
Key Responsibilities:Growth of referral base and engagement with local healthcare providers, including Doctors and Allied Health ProfessionalsRelationship development and management of key stakeholdersIncreasing general brand awareness of Apex RadiologyCollaboration and business management with internal stakeholdersManagement of client databaseAbout YouTo succeed in this role, you will have:
Proven sales experience with an aptitude for business growth and delivery of servicesA confident presentation style with a passion for delivering education to promote services and their applicationExperience in cold calling and the ability to engage effectively and influence referrer groupsFlexibility to work varied hours to attend out of hour's clinical information evenings and network opportunitiesAn engaging professional demeanor to build rapport with referring Doctors, Practice Managers and Reception StaffExcellent organisational skills to plan, promote and execute promotional lunches, information evenings and any other sales events as requiredA technical understanding of medical terminology (desirable)CRM experience maintaining a referrer database and experience with RIS/PACS or Radiology reporting programs (advantageous)The PackageKPI IncentivesLaptop and mobile providedDiscounted imaging services for employees and your familiesCollaborative and supportive cultureSocial events - Community minded and team spirited environmentPaid parental leave, discounted health insuranceStaff recognition programs and awardsSupportive management that will want you to succeedBe part of ASX listed national company to deliver on a local level #J-18808-Ljbffr
