This major project contains 80,000 sqm of automated storage and retrieval systems (conveyer, racking, robotics) and will be executed from 2024 to 2028.

Key responsibilities :Coordination of all activities associated with the assigned project / s from the receipt of a customer order to the completion of the projectLiaising with relevant internal teams and external parties to ensure the project is completed on time, within the agreed budget and to the agreed functionalityManaging the project reporting, revenue collection and cash flow planningManaging resourcing and staff planning, including coordination of sub-contractorsDevelop strong customer relationships to understand their needs and provide recommendations based on their business and operational environmentsCommunicating with all relevant stakeholders at each stage of the project life cycleABOUT YOU – WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORDegree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management or a related business fieldProven experience 2-5 years in construction and / or installation for large scale, complex projectsKnowledge of construction or installation processes, materials, and methodsStrong knowledge of construction industry regulationsExcellent negotiation and communication skills and stakeholder managementDetail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilitiesProficient in financial controlling software and Microsoft Office suiteStrong understanding of financial outcomes and ability to meet critical deadlinesHOW TO APPLYIf you would like to apply for the above position, please click on the 'Apply' button.Please note that due to the high number of responses, we will only respond to candidates that have been shortlisted.Dematic is committed to proving equal employment opportunity in all areas of employment including recruitment, selection, promotion, training etc.
