Our client has over 15 years experience specialising in insurance repair services, restoration and construction across eastern Australia and pride themselves on delivering a high quality service through communication, reliability and professionalism to their clients on a daily basis.We are looking to bring on an additional Estimator/Assessor for their Wollongong region.About the Role: Reporting into the State Estimating Manager, you will be responsible for assessing and estimating a portfolio of projects ranging from minor works to major loss claims across the Wollongong region.Duties will include:Undertaking initial site assessmentsPreparing building reportsDevelopment of a scope of worksEstimating material, trade and labour costsLiaising with internal and external stakeholdersDeveloping business relationships with new and prospective clientsWhat You NeedCertificate III in Carpentry or Plumbing is essentialLocal trade base across WollongongStrong written and verbal communication skillsDetail orientedStrong understanding of the NCC & BCAThe BenefitsBase salary between $110K - $120K plus superannuation, fully maintained vehicle, tablet and mobileAnnual salary reviewsExtensive training and professional development opportunities provided by the companySupportive business culture with opportunities to progressStrong pipeline of work for 2025 and beyondOpportunity to work with an established and nationally recognised insurance builderIf you are interested in learning more about this opportunity, feel free to reach out to me on 0455 555 *** for a confidential chat.
