Facilities and Asset Manager
Location: Canberra.
Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 plus super.

We are looking for skilled property managers with commercial management experience for this role.
Given the breadth of the work involved, we would also be very keen to hear from you if you have had experience in facilities management that involved the management of commercial assets such as HVAC or similar.

You have demonstrated an ongoing commitment to safety in the workplace, with a passion for compliance and an ability to fly the flag when it comes to driving the culture of compliance.

Technical skills are important - but with the reputation of excellence this organization holds, your stellar interpersonal skills and ability to manage stakeholders and clients will give you that competitive edge.
You are professional, proactive, and know how to make everyone feel like they are your favorite tenant.

Responsibilities:
Assist in the management of a wide portfolio of commercial properties and precincts.
Ensure compliance is met, with particular attention to meeting the relevant registration deadlines.
Manage contract service agreements.
Perform onsite inspections and manage day-to-day commercial and retail lease requirements, including end of lease workflow.
Collaborate with project teams to manage fit-outs, coordinate contractors, and handle emergency inquiries after hours.
Manage and prepare budgets, track operating expenses and capex spend, and manage invoicing cycles.
Ensure properties are perfectly presented and maintained.
