About the Position Looking for someone with retail, hospitality or customer service background who is interested in moving into a payroll position.
Full training provided.

Duties Payroll Processing: Assist with processing timesheets, salary, and contract details for employees, ensuring everything is accurate and on time.
Data Entry: Accurately enter payroll data into our system, including timesheet coding and leave applications.
Problem-Solving: Handle any discrepancies in payroll data and work quickly to resolve issues.
Communication: Work closely with both internal teams and external employees to ensure smooth payroll processing and respond to any queries.
Teamwork: Be an active member of our friendly team, contributing to the achievement of daily targets and deadlines.
Requirements/Skills Attention to Detail : You're the type of person who notices the little things and ensures everything is accurate.
Customer Service Skills : Experience in a fast-paced customer service role (like retail, hospitality, or fast food) where you've learned how to manage multiple tasks and keep a positive attitude.
Team Player : You enjoy working with others and can contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
Communication Skills : You're confident speaking and writing clearly, whether it's with team members or clients.
Adaptability : You can handle changes and challenges, and you're excited to learn new things, like payroll systems and processes.
Reliability : We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and can be counted on to get things done.
Payroll Experience : Not a requirement but helpful.
Basic Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) are required.
Data Entry : Experience helpful but not required.
