Shaft Miner
to assist with the installation of ventilation shafts to support the existing infrastructure of the gold mine.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced shaft miner or service crew with an aptitude for mechanical equipment and a willingness to learn.

About the role
FIFO or BIBO from Melbourne airport
Family friendly 2:2 roster
High grade gold mine
$55/day food allowance provided
Quest self-contained accommodation
$70-$80 per hour (dependent on experience)
About you
Previous experience as a Shaft Miner or in Service Crew on a similar project desirable
Airleg experience highly desirable
Experience with handheld mining machinery required
IT ticket required
Working with heights ticket required
Ability to work independently as well as a part of the team
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Full ongoing Australian working rights required
Willingness to complete a National Police Clearance and Pre-Employment Medical
