About the Role: Key responsibilities of the role will include:
Respond to Customer enquiries in real-time on behalf of multiple internal stakeholdersIdentify opportunities through conversational engagement to promote Value added Services to suit Customers' needs and increase self-serviceManage incoming calls, emails, and chat messages from import and export customersProvide accurate and timely information regarding shipment status, documentation, and other relevant inquiries.Identify and analyze customer issues to determine root causesCollaborate with internal teams to resolve challenges and ensure customer satisfactionShare knowledge and best practices to enhance overall team performanceTo be successful in this role, you will need:
Extensive experience in Microsoft office suiteTouch typing capabilities with 60-80 words per minutePrevious experience 1-3 years in a customer service roleMulti-tasking and prioritization skillsStrong organizational & administration skillsProactive approach with the aptitude to think laterallyTo apply for this role, you must be an Australian citizen or a permanent resident.
