About the Practice: Our Bupa Dental Miranda practice is a part of our ever-growing Bupa network of dental, optical and health insurance practices and stores
Bupa Dental Miranda is well known for its cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, implants, and general dentistry.
We are a solid, stable team looking for experienced dental staff in multiple roles as we prepare for significant growth in customer volumes.
We currently have multiple positions available at our growing practice:
Casual Dental Assistants - Experience preferredFull-time Dental Assistants - Experience is a mustPart-time Receptionist - Experience preferredGrowth opportunities for a DA to step up into an Assistant Practice Manager role
As a Dental Assistant / Receptionist in our practice, you will:
Meet and greet patients, providing a great first impressionBook and amend appointments, answer the phone, and update patient recordsHandle paymentsMaintain our amazing customer and team culture by providing continued excellent customer service to our patientsPrepare patients and facilities for dental treatmentDeliver quality chairside assistance to our DentistsProvide instrument sterilisationMaintain infection control standards and proceduresYou'll be: Ideally over 1-1.5 years experience as a dental assistant in AustraliaSome roles may require you to be available to work weekendsCertificate III or IV in Dental Assisting highly regarded - and you'll be compensated with the pay to match your experience levelA motivated self-starter, as this is a fast-paced and dynamic roleExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsPassionate about customer service and patient careOrganised with attention to detailAble to build rapport with patients in a cheerful, light-hearted mannerWhy Bupa?
