You will be confident working autonomously and be able to prioritise your tasks effectively in a fast-paced and varied environment.
You will have a proactive approach to your work, collaborating with the Lawyers and senior team members on site to ensure we continue to deliver the best service and outcomes for our clients.Your Day-to-Day Will Involve:Liaising with clients and supporting them with queries.Editing and formatting documents, including preparation of legal documents and correspondence.Conducting legal research.Electronic filing, managing e-Briefs, and lodging court documents onlineFile management.General office administration and other ad hoc duties.To Be Successful in This Role, You Will:Have a minimum of 1 year experience in a PA/Paralegal role within law - experience in Family law is an advantage.Exhibit a professional approach to work, with exceptional communication skills.Demonstrate maturity in attitude and behaviour, and possess a genuine interest in Family Law.Display a high level of enthusiasm, energy, initiative, and commitment to work.Have sound knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with exposure to legal document management systems being a plus.Possess strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.Benefits and Perks:Competitive remuneration.Continuing development and training both internally and externally.Dynamic, ambitious, and supportive national team.Innovative and fast-growing national firm.Supportive, fun, and caring culture.Flexible working arrangements (Remote/Work from Home options).How to Apply:If you think you have what it takes, apply now or email your CV to .
