The Role : A company who has been synonymous with leading the market in Sales has been inundated with clients requesting property management services, so they have recently commenced this department.
Growing rapidly to 20, they now need an experienced Manager to step in and take the reins.
Day to day portfolio management - including rental arrears, routine inspections, and coordinating repairsDirecting the tasks of an Assistant (offshore) to ensuring efficient daily operations"Bed in" new managements that are brought on by the Business Development ManagerTaking photos, writing descriptions and liaising with marketing to get properties live on the various portalsTake and address rental enquiriesConduct property inspectionsRequirements : Proven experience in property managementGood knowledge of the North Shore an advantageStrong networking and relationship-building skillsExperience with PropertyTree or similar systems is a plusA current Real Estate Certificate or LicenseHave a car and Drivers LicenseBenefits : Leading brand and Inspiring DirectorOngoing training and development availableA real opportunity to make a role your ownBe rewarded generously for contribution and the skill you bring to the tableWe look forward to receiving your application.
