The Role We're seeking a dynamic senior safety professional to join our innovative Safety Recruitment team.
You'll play a critical role in transforming the evaluation and selection process for safety professionals by fostering insightful, peer-led conversations that go beyond scripted interviews.
Your Responsibilities Collaborate with organisations to understand their unique safety needs and culture.
Build relationships with safety professionals and clients, fostering an exclusive and connected safety community.
Ensure candidates are not just qualified but also culturally aligned with the organisations they join.
What You Bring Experience in the safety profession, with a deep understanding of the challenges and nuances of high-risk industries.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead insightful, meaningful conversations.
A passion for elevating safety standards through innovative approaches.
A commitment to building cohesive, high-performing safety teams.
