The City of Hobart invites you to apply for the role of Welder in our Infrastructure and Assets Network.
About you You are a skilled and qualified welder with experience in TIG, MIG, and arc welding, capable of working with precision across a variety of metals and projects.
A proactive team player, you thrive in both independent and collaborative environments, with strong communication skills and a commitment to safety and quality.
Your ability to interpret technical drawings and deliver work to a high standard ensures you are an asset to any project.

Minimum Requirements Australian or New Zealand Citizenship, orAustralian Permanent Residency, orHold a valid visa with the appropriate work rights for the position.Health and Safety Commitment The City of Hobart has a strong commitment to health and safety.
Appointment will be subject to satisfactory pre-employment background checks, including reference checks, National Police History record check, and Medical Assessment including drug and alcohol testing.
