FITT Resources Pty Ltd is a specialist supplier of premium mechanical engineered products, parts and servicing.

With engineering and production headquarters in Lisarow, and another facility in Lane Cove, NSW, FITT Resources is a multi-disciplined engineering company providing products and services to the construction, mining, mineral processing, power, energy, water generation, pulp and paper, and defence industries.
FITT Resources provides a comprehensive range of services including project management, repair and upgrade, fabrication, construction, installation, and maintenance, specialising in rotating machinery and asset management.
We are looking for a proactive, organised and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our dynamic NSW Regional Service Team.
Working alongside the Project Coordinator and Site Supervisor, you will be an integral part of a team dedicated to providing critical infrastructure upgrades, remediation, and refurbishment services primarily to the NSW Water and Wastewater networks.
This role has been created to support the continued growth of our Regional Service Division.
Reporting to the Regional Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordination, and delivery of minor and major projects for the Regional Service Team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Demonstrate leadership in health, safety and environmental management.
Lead continual improvement of a high performing safety culture within the delivery team.Manage the overall delivery of the project in accordance with internal processes.Manage execution of engineering, procurement and manufacturing activities.Review progress against plans, contractual arrangements and delivery milestones to ensure they are on schedule and within quality and cost estimates.Lead and coordinate tradespeople, engineers, suppliers, and sub-contractors.Ensure compliance with HSEQ and Australian Standards.Compile, submit and manage QA/QC documentation.Provide advice on any technical and engineering issues.Estimate, prepare and submit bids.Prepare project reports, presentations, and status updates.Onsite supervision and support.Regional travel, as required.ABOUT YOU Previous experience in the rotating equipment industry (water, power and industrial) preferred.A proven track record in delivering infrastructure projects and leading teams.Ability to effectively communicate in meetings with consultants, clients, management & on-site personnel.A proven record and understanding of HSE/QA compliance.Project delivery skills including budgeting, coordinating work priorities, planning, QA, stakeholder management, subcontractor management, documentation, and statutory approvals.Knowledge of contracts and cost control.Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project.Time management and communication skills.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders.Ability to work unsupervised.REQUIRED SKILLS Construction Induction White Card.Driver's Licence.A tertiary qualification in Engineering, Trade Qualification or related field.BENEFITS Permanent Full-Time Position.Flexible work arrangements to support a work/life balance.Fully Maintained Company Vehicle with all tooling provided.Dynamic and empowering leadership team.Training Courses + Professional Development.Potential Hybrid Role for the right candidate.WORK LOCATION Lisarow (Main Service Centre).Remote.Candidate can be based out of Central Coast, Lake Macquarie, Newcastle or the Hunter Valley.The candidate will be required to work out of the above locations as required along with project sites throughout NSW.
