We are a dedicated and passionate group of Educators who live and breathe the Affinity way. We believe in creating Shining Stars with the potential for continuous personal growth within the service. We cater for children in the Nursery age group, toddlers, and school-ready preschool which spans over 4 beautiful rooms each backing onto our spacious purpose-built playground to offer indoor-outdoor play. Our Preschool and Prep rooms new facilities involve a STEAM section, tech station, and interactive learning hub. We can't wait to welcome you to our wonderful team.
About the Role Motivate and lead a team of educators in the Kindy room.Develop a lifelong love of learning through child-led enquiries, connections to our local primary school, and positive experiences within our community.Design, implement, and evaluate educational programs for our children, allowing for the unique and individual interests and strengths of each child.Support the centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards.About You An Early Childhood Degree or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualificationRelevant teachers' registration (if applicable)A current Working with Children's Check or willing to obtainCurrent first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtainA strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young mindsWhy work for Affinity?
