About Nexgen Crushing and Screening:
NEXGEN Crushing & Screening ('NGC') was established by Daniel Palmer, who has extensive experience in earthmoving & materials processing.
NGC was launched in 2017 and is headquartered in Albany, delivering services throughout Western Australia.

Currently, operations employ over 50 people and can upscale as needed for large-scale projects or tailored solutions within mining, civil construction, and industry sectors.
NGC provides full-scale service capabilities in Quarry Management, earthmoving, mining, material processing, heavy haulage, and drill & Blast.

The role:
We are seeking 2 x High Voltage Field Service Electricians to be integral to our crew on sites from Kalgoorlie to Marble Bar.
We have secured lucrative contracts for 2025 with great possibilities in 2026.
We want to keep growing and exceeding our possibilities and need you in our team to do so.

The main focus of this role will be to help keep our modern fleet of Prime movers (Scanias), earthmoving equipment, and all crushing equipment (Kleemann) operational, serviced, maintained, and repaired as needed.

What we are offering:
Full-time position FIFO role Either 2:2 or 2:1 roster Can fly out of anywhere - Perth, Kalgoorlie, Albany, etc.
Competitive hourly rates depending on experience Secure position with room to grow To be successful in this role, it is essential that candidates have:
Australian/New Zealand recognised trade qualification (High Voltage Electrician).
2+ years experience working as a High Voltage Electrician.
Experience diagnosing hydraulic and mechanical faults.
