About the Role As a Mentor, you will proactively engage job seekers and place them into sustainable employment.
You will achieve outcomes by motivating, coaching, and identifying transferable skills required for successful employment.
Mentors tailor their services to individual needs so that job seekers are supported and able to progress towards the labor market to gain and keep meaningful employment.

To be a successful Asurian Mentor, you must balance empathy in your daily work with a drive to ensure we achieve business outcomes.
You will have solid customer service and administrative skills and the ability to build successful relationships.
You thrive working collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
Previous experience in providing exceptional customer service and administration with sound computer literacy skills would be an advantage.
