Our ongoing success is a direct consequence of the commitment we make to our clients, people and the communities in which we operate.NRW Civil & Mining is now seeking an experienced Planner/Scheduler to join our Pre Contracts team based in the Belmont head office.To be considered for this position you must possess the following as a minimum:3-5 years of experience in a construction environment1-2 years of experience in a Planner role or related disciplineRelevant Tertiary Qualification – highly desired but not essentialExperience with Primavera P6 and Tilos planning systemsAbility to build strong internal and external relationshipsA strong safety focused approach to delivering your workExcellent communication and organisational skillsAs a Planner/Scheduler working for NRW Civil & Mining, you will be responsible for but not limited to:Monitoring, updating and providing project reports in relation to the project delivery scheduleAnalysing qualitative or quantitative data, drawing conclusions and making recommendations for action regarding planning/scheduling progressEstablishing client relationships, making group presentations and communicating effectively with site personnelCoordinating and developing detailed project schedules with site personnel including Engineers and SupervisorsProducing detailed cause and effect programming analysis to support delay and disruption claims submitted to the clientReviewing, planning and scheduling documentation to identify ambiguities, risks and key issues to be considered by the project teamProviding planning advice and expertise to both internal and external partnersBuilding positive working relationships with client contacts and ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of project objectivesAssisting Management with the implementation of protocols, procedures and performance metrics to achieve set planning targetsAbout the Opportunity:Excellent salary package on offerNRW's commitment to training and developmentMultiple company benefits including - Income Protection Insurance / Employee Assistance Program (EAP) / Discounted Private Health Insurance / Salary Sacrifice OptionsEnjoy employee discounts with exclusive deals for groceries, entertainment, fuel vouchers, incredible savings on tech products and so much more - there are over 450 retailers offering amazing deals through our new benefits platformNRW is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and we strongly support diversity in our workforce.
