You'll work closely with brokers to understand their needs and deliver thoughtful, customised solutions, helping to build strong, long-term partnerships. Your expertise will be vital in supporting the team, sharing knowledge, and working alongside experienced underwriters to achieve goals in a collaborative and supportive environment.The RoleRisk Assessment & Pricing: Evaluate and price new and renewal business within DUAPolicy Terms & Amendments: Shape coverage and policy terms to meet broker and client needs effectively.Broker Collaboration: Build strong, respectful relationships with brokers through phone, email, and in-person meetings.Underwriting Support: Assist the team with referrals for complex risks and contribute to key decisions.Continuous Improvement: Help enhance internal processes and systems, always looking for ways to improve how we work.Relationship Building: Strengthen ties with brokers, insurers, and stakeholders by listening, learning, and contributing to shared success.The CompanyOur client has built a professional yet relaxed environment where collaboration comes naturally, achievements are shared, and every voice matters—no egos to be found.
