We believe that the strength and quality of our relationships will always be central to our success and are deeply connected to our purpose: Unlock potential, create tomorrow.The OpportunityAs a Senior Transactions Manager in the Infrastructure Origination Team at Dexus, you'll help to source, lead and develop the real assets that power our business. This role is a senior member of the Dexus Infrastructure Origination team, with responsibility for sourcing and executing transactions across all infrastructure sectors in Australia and New Zealand, including Airports, Transport, Energy, Social, Data Centres and Public Private Partnerships. The role will lead in discussions with clients on the funding of new investment opportunities.You will make an impact byWorking with the Head of Origination, Infrastructure to identify and assess transaction opportunities with primary responsibility for the preparation of investment papers, managing due diligence, managing client interaction and managing the financial close process and documentation.Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:Leading transaction execution, including negotiations, legal coordination, due diligence, and stakeholder communication.Develop and manage a pipeline of investment opportunities.Pitching investment opportunities to clients to secure funding.Conducting financial analysis and develop detailed financial models.Managing significant projects, ensuring transactions meet fund criteria and competitive advantages.Coordinating and leading due diligence workstreams.Drafting papers for investment committee approval.Monitoring market trends to support deal origination.Assist in preparing marketing materials and client analysis.Training junior staff in financial and investment skills.About You10+ years in investment banking, financial advisory, or investment management.Desirable: Experience in funds management and a strong network in infrastructure, investment banking, and financial services.Entrepreneurial mindset and strategic thinking.Advanced financial analysis and modelling skills with attention to detail.Understanding of complex financial measures (NPV, IRR, VaR).Strong grasp of investment propositions, key drivers, and risks.In-depth analysis and problem-solving skills.Why choose Dexus?The Dexus culture and spirit is what differentiates us.
