We are currently seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead their organisation.
This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic leader to drive strategic and operational excellence while upholding the core values of the brand.
Role Overview:
The CEO will be at the helm of the Group, responsible for leading a diverse management team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and services, and maintaining the financial health of the organisation.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the aged care sector, and a proven ability to foster a positive organisational culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy: Lead the Management Team to achieve high standards of care and operational excellence.
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the organisation's success in a dynamic industry landscape.
Financial Management: Oversee financial performance, ensuring sustainable operations within budgetary constraints.
Collaborate with the Chief Financial Officer to enhance financial processes and reporting.
Organisational Culture: Cultivate a work environment that reflects the company values while promoting a culture that supports both staff and residents.
Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement policies to support continuous improvement and high-quality care.
People & Culture: Manage HR policies, conduct performance reviews, and oversee staff satisfaction to maintain a positive and productive workplace.
Brand & Customer Engagement: Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility and customer satisfaction.
Innovate lifestyle and leisure services to improve resident experiences.
Key Requirements:
Qualifications: Relevant graduate and postgraduate qualifications.
Extensive leadership experience in managing medium-sized commercial organisations, ideally within the aged care sector.
Leadership Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead with vision and integrity, aligned with the values of the brand.
Proven track record in people management and empowerment.
Financial Acumen: Expertise in financial management and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a deep understanding of aged care issues and industry trends.
About You:
To succeed as the CEO, you will leverage your significant previous experience in leading multi-site operations, in a senior role within the sector.
Your extensive knowledge of industry dynamics will enable you to collaborate effectively with Directors, Executives, and internal managers to ensure strong financial management, strategic planning, and excellent operational management.
You will embody a people-centric leadership style, promoting an open-door policy that empowers your team to share ideas and drive innovation.
You are a trustworthy, empathetic leader, who tackles challenges head-on and drives change.
