About the OpportunityThis is a unique role requiring a dynamic individual who is the Subject Matter Expert in Flight Centre's Air Distribution systems, including multiple GDS and TPConnects solutions.Sitting in the Supply business, you will provide technical support and consultancy to internal and external businesses, working and consulting with our consultant support teams, brands, Project Management & Engineering (PM&E), vendors, and management, often bridging the gap between the business and technology.
You will be responsible for handling third level support escalations and for delivering proactive and preventative support, through understanding key support drivers and levers to improve consultant, support agent and off-shore partner knowledge.As a Systems Analyst, you will often be involved in complex projects, troubleshooting technical issues and providing guidance on best practices, technical solutions, and prioritization.
