THE ROLE…
Reporting to the Social Media Manager, the Social Media Marketing Assistant is at the forefront of our digital presence, responsible for assisting with content creation, communications and community management to elevate our brand across our social media platforms.
Your day-to-day will also include (but not limited to):
Supporting the Social Media Manager to create and edit all published social media content (images, video, written)
Driving up social engagement and followers across Pinterest, Facebook and Instagram
Hands-on assistance with weekly content creation at various locations, including but not limited to; Beaumont Tiles stores, events, head offices, and public spaces
Engaging with followers and responding to inquiries and comments promptly
Fostering community engagement and building our brand's voice by initiating and participating in conversations with our community
Daily monitoring of reviews on Google and social media channels and monitoring the review inbox for actionable items
YOU…To be successful in this role you will:
Display proven experience and a thorough understanding of social media marketing including generating and editing content for different platforms.
Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices and be forthcoming with ideas for the content calendar.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to cater to different audiences
Creative flair in creating content
Passion for your ideas and experimenting with content creation
