Join our dynamic team as a Claims Advisor at our Sippy Downs Head Office location.
As a Claims Adviser, your role will be central to Youi's reputation and relationships.
You will play a crucial role in end-to-end service delivery of claims when our customers need us the most.
By being the point of contact for clients and all service providers, you'll utilise your exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to ensure your Youi clients have a positive and memorable claims experience.

About The Role Manage your own portfolio of claimsHelp our customers in their time of need by processing their claims from start to finishProblem solving on a daily basis to reach outcomes that work for both our clients and YouiBe a direct point of contact for customers, service providers, and Assessors to ensure the smooth processing of each claim within your portfolioWhat You Will Bring Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate informationExperience in administration, with high attention to detailSkilled at multitasking and thriving in high-pressure environments, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making capabilitiesFamiliarity with case or portfolio management is a plusDon't tick every box?
