We are looking for dedicated nurses who can commit to contracts for a 12-week duration in regional and remote locations across Australia.
In these dynamic locum roles, you'll work in community settings and handle case management, collaborating within a multidisciplinary team, planning patient care, administering medication, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Comprehensive Assessments: Conducting thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, strengths, and challenges.Individualised Care Plans: Developing, implementing, and regularly reviewing personalised care plans in collaboration with clients and their families.Crisis Intervention: Providing immediate support and intervention during mental health crises to ensure safety and stability.Medication Management: Administering and monitoring medication, ensuring adherence, and managing side effects.Advocacy: Advocating for clients' rights and needs within the healthcare system and broader community.Home Visits: Providing care in clients' homes, fostering a supportive and familiar environment for recovery.Collaboration: Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.Criteria: To excel in this role, you should possess: Qualifications: Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA with no restrictions.Experience: Proven background in mental health nursing, particularly in case management settings with a minimum of 3 years of experience.Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with patients and team members effectively.Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.Transportation: Valid driver's license, as it's essential for this contract role.Flexibility: The ability to be away from home travel nursing to regional and remote locations for a minimum of 12 weeks at a time.Apply Now If you're enthusiastic about making a positive impact and meet the criteria above, we encourage you to apply.
