Due to growth, we have an exciting opening for a HVAC Technician to support one of our newest clients, based in and around the CBD.
Working across some of the most highly sought commercial office space in the CBD, this role will be the perfect fit if you are an HVAC Technician, keen to support 'state of art' buildings and work in a growing team.

The core remit of the role will involve planned and reactive maintenance for specific buildings.
Key Responsibilities:Proven experience with VRF, water cooled package systems and general HVAC equipmentGood knowledge of ductwork installation and maintenanceMinimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC service and installationsRelevant HVAC trade qualification and certificationsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailEssential Requirements:Current National Police Check clearance (or willing to obtain one)Hold an HVAC Licence.WHS/OHS Induction CardCurrent Driver's LicenceCOVID-19 Vaccinated (at least three preferably)Desirable Requirements:Working at HeightsFirst AidCurrent Low Voltage RescueCBC are committed to fostering diversity, inclusion and equity.
