We strive to achieve high service delivery and are looking for a person with a positive attitude and great communication skills. Wage on offer will be commensurate with the successful candidate's skill level and experience.Duties of the RoleDay to day management of a portfolio of clientsMeeting preparation including the creation of annual budgetsConducting meetings, preparing minutes, and following up action items discussedConduct site visits and maintain close relationships with owners and stakeholdersMediate and resolve conflicts between various parties as neededEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant legislationAbout YouAlong with your strong work ethic and previous experience you'll have/be:The ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environmentFull Australian working rights or permanent residencySelf-motivated, with a desire to achieve common goalsExcellent telephone manner, written and verbal communication skillsAt least 2-3 years experience in Body Corporate ManagementProven computer skills in Microsoft Office suite (training provided in specialist Body Corporate software)Member of SCA and completion of Cert IV preferred but not essentialExcellent organisational & prioritising abilitiesAn ability to learn and apply legislation to work-flow processesProfessionalism and pride in your work and good personal presentationAbility to delegate relevant tasks to support staffHow to ApplyIf you align with our company values - you care, you are real, you have integrity, you are experienced & you are trusted - we would love to hear from you.Send a brief cover letter addressed to our Office Manager, Rhonda Dennerley, along with your up-to-date resume outlining your suitability for the position to ****** application will include the following questions:How many years' experience do you have in the real estate industry?Do you have customer service experience?Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?Which of the following Microsoft Office products are you experienced with?How many years' experience do you have as a Body Corporate Manager?Do you have experience in administration?
