In this role, you will immerse yourself in the world of digital products and services, uncovering the needs of customers and businesses.
You will serve as a crucial link between business, technology, and users, collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver successful products and projects.
About the role:
As an experienced Solutions Architect and Senior Power Platforms Consultant, you will lead and deliver projects while guiding a team of Dynamics Consultants.
You will remain hands-on from pre-sales conception to final product delivery, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Designing solutions to real-world business problems using Power Platforms and Dynamics CRM Hands-on Team Lead working with Project Managers to deliver projects from pre-sales, delivery, and support Customizing Dynamics CRM to meet our clients' requirements Developing both Model-driven and Canvas Apps Developing custom plugins, workflow assemblies, and APIs Building automations using Power Automate Meeting clients' technical and functional needs Staying abreast of developments and new features in Power Platforms
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Strong interpersonal, communication, and people skills with internal and external stakeholders Experience in resolving complex client and stakeholder-related queries with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills Substantial experience in the Dynamics 365 functional modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service) and deployment experience Advanced programming skills (e.g., Full Stack Dev, HTML, CSS, jQuery, C# .Net, TypeScript, React, etc.)
Experience with the Dynamics 365 SDK Experience with developing on Microsoft Azure A tertiary qualification in IT, engineering, or other relevant degree is desirable Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications MB-230, MB-400, and MB-600 are highly desirable.
