Job Description
We've already helped countless Australians on their way to home ownership, but now we're setting our sights on something bigger
We have a vision to become the undisputed destination for Australians to buy and own property, so we're scaling our approach beyond mortgage broking and expanding into the provision of a Buyer's Agent service.
With this diversified offering, we're intent on building lifelong relationships with customers and owning the property journey end-to-end.

We're looking to partner with Buyer's Agents who are ready to be trendsetters and play a leading role in revolutionising the way Australians source, finance, and buy property.
As an Aussie Buyer's Agent, you'll be a trusted advisor in your clients' corner, advocating for their best interests and helping them navigate their home buying journey more seamlessly.
Your key objective will be to provide expert guidance and insights, support people to make sound property decisions, and flex your strategic nous as you negotiate your way to securing the best possible outcomes for your clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Taking detailed client briefs to understand clients' property goals Staying abreast of market conditions, the real estate landscape, regulatory updates, and property news Sourcing potential properties across on-market, pre-market and off-market listings that tick your client's boxes Conducting thorough research and due diligence to assess potential risks Negotiating purchase prices and terms to secure the most favourable deals for your clients Managing relationships with real estate agents, solicitors, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction process Being a master relationship builder, wowing your clients at every touchpoint, and securing repeat and ongoing business Qualifications:
Have proven experience as a Buyer's Agent or Seller's Agent Geek out on all things property, and have a comprehensive knowledge of the Australian property market Have exceptional communication and relationship building skills Have strong negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities Have the utmost ethical standards, serving your customers with honesty, integrity, and their best interests at the core If you're passionate about real estate, helping people to achieve their property dreams, and want to partner with Aussie to shake up the Australian property landscape, then we'd love to hear from you.

Receive qualified leads that have already committed to using our buyer's agent service Work with clients who are ready to go now, with finance pre-approval Have access to our centralised support team, giving you capacity to focus on closing the next client instead of being buried in admin Benefit from pioneering technology and seamless processes that facilitate smooth operations We have flexible options available for the right candidate, with base salary & bonuses or self-employed commission-based opportunities on offer.
Our Buyer's Agent roles come with a realistic OTE of $150-200K.
