Marketing & Communications Manager

Due to our growth, we're excited to share this newly created hands-on Marketing & Communications Manager role which will lead, shape, and drive the marketing and communications here at Linear.
You'll be responsible for both strategic and operational delivery of digital and contemporary content, driving initiatives that engage and inspire.

Your Role in our Future Reporting directly to the Chief People, Culture & Transformation Officer, and working with the CEO on brand strategy, this role is perfect for someone who thrives on fostering brand identity, ensuring design consistency, and driving creative marketing strategies.
As our new Marketing & Communications Manager, you will play a key role in enabling business growth, attracting customers, engaging participants and clinicians, fostering stakeholder relationships (including with government) and enhancing internal communications.
A full list of responsibilities can be found in the Job Description however some of your key duties in this role will include:
Work with the executive, contribute to, and drive a digital first brand strategy focused on web, mobile and social channels.Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels, including print, digital and social media.Create and execute innovative marketing campaigns that boost brand awareness, drive revenue, and engage our audience, while also managing our digital presence to keep us ahead of the curve.Work with external and internal stakeholders, manage Linear's website and write, curate and manage content in-line with best practice SEO and SEM and the brand 'tone of voice and look and feel'.Your Experience To thrive in this role, you will be able to demonstrate 5+ years' experience in a similar hands-on role.
You'll be driven by the opportunity to influence and really drive the marketing and communications here at Linear, taking people on the journey as you make impact in such a high potential space.
Your application will also be able to demonstrate:
