About the role Reporting to the Head of Data & Insights and leading a team of three Insights Analysts, you will be instrumental in driving data intelligence and advanced analytics to enhance donor behavior understanding, optimise revenue-generating programs and the donor experience.
This pivotal role requires strategic oversight, team leadership and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include: Translating donor analytics into actionable insights to maximize donor engagement.
Leading collaboration with internal teams to foster a data-driven approach to fundraising decision-making through innovation and capacity building.
Overseeing the development and implementation of robust data governance to ensure data integrity, security and compliance.
Mentoring and coaching a small team, ensuring a supportive environment that promotes growth and development.
About you We are looking for a data lover, someone who can see the benefit of data analysis, preferably within the nonprofit sector and can spread the word.
You are a CRM expert and are comfortable using data visualization and statistical analysis tools and can work with a fundraising team to support their work.
If you are new to team management, don't worry—there are strong support systems in place to guide and train you, helping you develop the skills needed to succeed in this leadership role.
