We're looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated leader to oversee daily operations, inspire our team, and ensure exceptional patient experiences.

About the Role: Start Date: ImmediateSchedule: Full-time with flexible options, including a 9-day fortnight for the right candidateSpecialty: Lead and support your team in delivering complex dental procedures, including crowns, veneers, cosmetic restorations, dental implants, and full-mouth reconstructions.
Your focus will be on ensuring seamless team coordination, optimising workflows, and maintaining high standards of patient care and operational excellence.What You'll Bring: Proven experience as a practice manager, ideally in a dental settingA proactive, "can-do" attitude with strong leadership capabilitiesA strong background in the dental industry with a focus on effective team leadership and operational oversight.Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive and energetic approachKey Responsibilities: People Management: Lead and motivate the team, manage recruitment, performance, and training initiativesPatient & Staff Feedback: Handle feedback, compliments, and complaints professionallyProcess Improvement: Maintain a high focus on improving workflows and time managementFinancial Administration: Oversee patient billing, invoicing, expense tracking, and bankingCompliance: Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and accurate reportingRelationship Management: Build strong connections with patients, Dentists, Health Funds, and suppliersRoster Management: Optimize scheduling, budgets, and labor ratios for effective operationsWhat We Offer: Permanent, full-time role (Monday to Friday only) - no evenings or weekends for work-life balanceCompetitive salary package based on your expertiseSupport from an experienced team, including National Managers and HR/Operations supportOpportunities for professional growth, both in-house and externalAccess to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Convenient transport options and on-site parkingOnline team communication channelsRegular team gatherings and social events, including an annual end-of-year celebrationReady to Join Us?
