This role involves a diverse array of tasks including managing daily operations, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring a seamless workflow within the team.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strong interest in the property sector.About The RoleProvide full administrative support and assistance to the Advisory & Transactions Leasing team, as requiredEfficient liaison and stakeholder management both internal and externalManage and process invoices on behalf of the brokerage team through CBRE's invoicing platform Finishline and SmartsheetManage and send Request for Information briefs (RFI's) on behalf of the teamUpdate property availability data in CBRE's property database MIQDraft, review and prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documentation.Organise meetings and aid with the organisation of both team and client functionsUpdate case studies, team bios, client testimonials and other marketing-related tasks as requiredPerform other admin related duties as assigned by Direct Line ManagersAbout YouDemonstrated experience in a similar role.
