We're currently hiring for our next Part-Time Sales Consultant for our Canberra Store.
The WHAT? This opportunity is for 12 hours per week, to be worked over the following roster: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday: 12:30pm - 3:30pm.
As a team member, you will: Complete a 12-week training program for you to become BRA-FIT certified.Learn the Bendon approach, interact with customers to make them comfortable and confident in the process before, during and after a fitting.Thoroughly understand the customer's needs, consult our customers as experts in the field to share our knowledge and find the best fit.Participate in the success of the store through providing excellent customer experience, merchandising, processing stock, and monitoring Key Performance Indicators.Be an active part of the team, embodying the team model and CORE values.To be successful you will need: An ability to build rapport quickly and establish effective relationships.Exceptional customer service skills.Previous experience working in retail is ideal.Attention to detail, a can-do attitude, and the ability to learn quickly.Working for Bendon means: We will immerse you in our culture of empowering women for life.You are set up for success from your first day with our 12-week induction program designed to ensure you have everything you need to thrive.You will be developed in your career with a growth plan and access to learning opportunities throughout the year.We are committed to you reaching your goals and we're proud of our talent and succession program that will help you succeed in your goals.60% staff discounts at our stores and online. #J-18808-Ljbffr
