As our Production Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our supply chain—liaising with suppliers, tracking orders, and making sure we hit every deadline. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Senior Production Coordinator in tracking global production for eCommerce and retail apparel.Deliver supplier communication to confirm orders and ex-factory dates.Track Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure on-time delivery by liaising with suppliers.Maintain and update production trackers and associated software to keep accurate data for reporting.Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Buying, Design, Supplier, Quality Assurance, & Logistics) to resolve production issues.Compile and follow up on weekly freight reports and support late PO chargeback tracking.Provide support to the Production Team by assisting with PO administration.Create weekly production work in progress reports for suppliers and any other data collection, reporting, and communication as required by the Team.Skills and ExperienceExperience in production or a similar role is a plus, but not essential.Strong communication skills and ability to manage supplier relationships.You will be able to think on your feet, be creative, and not be afraid to change the plan of attack.Immediate skills in Excel, with the ability to work efficiently with large datasets.Effective verbal and written communication, relationship building skills, and clear customer focus.Experience working with a diverse range of stakeholders.Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Be ethically minded.
