Junior Project Manager

Our client is one of Australasian's most active & highly regarded developers, in addition to owning & operating some of the most technologically advanced & state-of-the-art property facilities.Highly regarded in Australia, they are now embarking on a major phase of development in NZ with a build programme in excess of $500m across multiple locations.To successfully deliver this next phase, they are now seeking the services of a high quality Junior Project Manager to work alongside their experienced NZ development & construction team.The primary purpose of the PM role is to coordinate & assist in the management of the projects from concept design through to delivery and handover.This will include significant interface management with all relevant parties across contractors, consultants and internally.Key duties will include:Support of project reporting, forecasting, programming & procurementPrepare & maintain project documentationAssist in contract administration during project lifecycleFacilitate & lead project meetings, documenting minutes, close out actionsSupport the development & construction team with validating monthly progress claims & prepare payment certificatesApplicants must have the following essential experience:Minimum of 3 years NZ construction experience, ideally gained in a client side or consulting project management roleStrong experience in stakeholder management & a working knowledge of Aconex, Procore & BIMOutstanding communication skills, both written and verbalStrong technical knowledge of interpreting working drawings, building standards and HSE.Ideally tertiary qualification in construction, engineering or architectureThis is an exceptional project management opportunity for an up & coming PM who wants to cut their teeth on complex and technologically advanced builds.With an outstanding remuneration package in addition to a wide range of benefits on offer, this is not an opportunity to hesitate on.
